TeleMessages Voice SMS solution enables a user to record a voice message and send it as a simple SMS; or MMS if the user has a MMS capable phone. The receiver of the message can listen to the Voice SMS by calling back to an IVR or play and hear the MMS on his phone.
The system can make multiple outbound calls at a time. For voice calls that do not get completed as the user’s phone is busy, not-reachable etc, retry mechanism is available.
