1. About the website
The website describes Amuwa Corporation's communication automation services and products, including WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging, Meta Ads, AI calling, AIQR, AI CRM, CrocoDial, Appointo and business automation. Product descriptions are general and may change. Some products may be available only in certain regions or plans.
2. Demos, examples and illustrations
Animations, screenshots and sample conversations on this website are illustrative and use sample data. Names, numbers and results shown in demos are examples, not guarantees. Results depend on your business, audience and how the services are used.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a form or booking a demo does not create a contract. Pricing, scope, timelines and service levels are agreed in writing in a proposal or agreement.
4. Third-party platforms

Their policies, approvals (such as WhatsApp Business verification, message templates and the blue tick) and fees are decided by those platforms. Amuwa helps you through these processes but cannot guarantee a platform's decision.

You agree not to use our services to send spam or unlawful content, to message people who have not opted in where consent is required, or to break the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Google or Indian law, including telecom (TRAI) regulations.
6. Intellectual property
The Amuwa name, logo, website content and designs belong to Amuwa Corporation. Client names and logos are shown with permission and belong to their owners.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Amuwa is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
